HOUSE RULES
Welcome esteemed clients. We really appreciate your business and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. To help to offer the best possible service to all our clients, we would truly appreciate if you could please abide by the following house rules.
We are available to assist with any issues or questions. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem or we can do something to make your stay more comfortable. Usage
- Please treat the property with care and leave it in good condition.
- Do not take inside furniture out.
- Please leave the sand at the beach. Sand damages floors, showers, and furnishings.
- Use the mattress protector when using the Murphy Bed (i.e. folding bed under the TV).
- Do not operate air conditioning unit with any door or window open as this will cause the unit to freeze and malfunction.
- You are staying in a NON-SMOKING house. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited inside or by the entrance of this property.
- Do not use the barbeque grill on the porch. It would smoke the house and may burn the porch floor and furniture.
- Pets are NOT allowed unless previously approved. If a pet has been approved the following applies:
- Pets are not allowed on furniture at all.
- No chewing or digging.
- Please take your dog outside to use the bathroom and pick up droppings.
- Leave the dog outside or in a crate when unattended.
- It is recommended that, as soon as you arrive, you check the conditions you are receiving the property and report anything damaged since any issues caused by you or your pet(s) will be charged.
Garbage disposal
- Please run cold water before, during and after using the disposal unit.
- Do not put any seafood items in the garbage disposal, neither chicken bones, celery, coffee grounds, eggshells, or banana peels.
- Do not dispose oil in the sink. Let it cool, pour it into a plastic or glass bottle, close it and dispose it in the trash can. This is important to avoid the sewer system to malfunction during your stay.
Linens/towels
- Please do not take linen or towels out of the property.
- Linen and towels are inventoried at the end of each visit.
Housekeeping & supplies
- An initial supply of toilet paper and hand soap is furnished. You must purchase additional supplies if needed.
- Housekeeping is available at your request for an additional charge.
Trash removal
- Please place trash in the trash can and do not leave outside the door.
Check-out time
- Check out time is promptly at 10:00 am central time.
Before departing
- Please do not remove linens from the beds. We will do that.
- Place all dirty towels in the laundry area. There is no need to wash them, we’ll do that.
- Dispose of all trash and food and remove bagged trash to trash cans located near the parking area.
- Bag cold charcoal from barbeque grill and dispose it.
- Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and begin cycle.
- Wipe tables, counter tops and stove.
- Ensure you have taken all your belongings.
- Turn off the air conditioner / heater.
- Please let me know when you have departed.
